Wale Ojo is a British-Nigerian actor, Director and Producer born in London, England on the 9th of September, 1968.
He started his career on television as a child actor. He continued to act in the UK and in Nigeria thereafter.
He rose to fame in 1995 as the lead actor in the movie The Hard Case.
For his major role in Phone Swap, he was honoured the Best Actor award at the 2012 Nigeria Entertainment Awards.

He started his acting career as a child actor at age 8 in the early 1970s on NTA Ibadan where hee worked with people like Akin Lewis in a movie series titled ‘Why worry the Barber’ on NTA Ibadan for a few years before relocating to England at the age of 12.
He began his professional acting career in England at the age of 21. His first play was Shakespeare’s ‘Othello’.
He is well known for his comedy series Meet the Adebanjos which earned him a nomination for Best Comedy Actor at the Africa Magic Viewers Choice Awards (AMVCA) held in 2018, and also the movie PHONE SWAP, for which he won the Nigeria Lite Entertainment Awards Best Actor.
