Police responded after receiving information from the public, according to Mwea East OCPD James Mutua, who confirmed the event.
She is receiving treatment at Kimbimbi Sub-County Hospital, where a medical report confirmed she had been defiled, according to Mutua. The toddler is two and a half years old.
