Following the inauguration of the Dangote Refinery by the President, Major General Muhammadu Buhari (retd.), in Lagos, the Planter of the Christ Apostolic Church, Grace of Mercy Prayer Mountain, Adamimogo Worldwide, Prophet Sam Alo, has called for the creation of more industries.

He stated that this would help to tackle unemployment and encourage youth entrepreneurship.

The PUNCH reports that the Dangote Refinery is a 650,000 barrels per day oil processing facility designed to process crude oil grades from the three continents of Africa, Asia, and America.

The refinery is also stated to be empowered to support the establishment of 26,716 fillings stations, create 100,000 direct and indirect jobs, and provide a $21bn market of crude oil annually.

Also, in a statement after a church program at the church’s auditorium at Lekki-Epe, Expressway, Lagos, noted that the refinery should be a wake-up call for the private sector to embark on more projects that would help reduce the growing unemployment among the youth.

The cleric stated that job creation, especially for the youth, would curb criminality and other vices.

“If we have 10 of Dangote in Nigeria who will cooperate with the incoming administration and create establishments that will help in reducing unemployment, we will experience peace and calmness,” he said.
